I cannot attend the telecon this evening.  

The report on Friday's telecon,

summarizes where the VM Task Force stands.

Appended to that report is a list of issues related to
the Cookbook working draft.  We plan to hold the last VM
telecon of the BPD charter period on 31 March with the goal
of putting the Cookbook issues list into a final form to be
carried forward by future working groups.
