rough minutes from Mandelieu informal meeting

I've just checked-in [1]rough minutes from the informal meeting
last Friday (3 March) in Mandelieu.  We had a fairly wide-ranging
discussion on a number of matters.  This provides valuable input
to, among other things, the Semantic Web Activity chartering
discussion that was kicked-off on the AC list a week ago.
