Further work on RDFTM interop

Since the SWBPD working group has been disbanded, the RDFTM task force is in
the process of closing itself down.

The task force considers itself to have been partially successful, having
published one Working Group Note [1] and prepared a fairly advanced Editor's
Draft of a second Note [2].

Rather than abandon the work, we would like complete the second Note and are
therefore considering setting up an Incubator Group which we expect to be
chartered for a period of about 8 months. If you are interested in
participating in this group, please contact me at pepper@ontopia.net. We are
looking for "initiating members" to help draft the charter and initiate the
XG process, and also experts in RDF, OWL and/or Topic Maps to help review
the current and forthcoming drafts. The workload does not need to be large,
but we do require a certain degree of commitment in order to get the work
finished on time.

Finally, I would like to thank everyone on the SWBPD for their support and
contributions, in particular the chairs, Guus and David, and the team
contact, Ralph.

Best regards

Steve
