[ADTF] status

hi all,

I had various actions going back a long way with respect to the ADTF. So I
have

- publicised http://esw.w3.org/topic/SemanticWebDOAPBulletinBoard by
mailing semantic-web@w3.org and the last entrants to the Semantic web
challenge

- updated http://swordfish.rdfweb.org/adtf/ with Dave Reynolds' help so
that it's working better (but not perfectly yet)

- added all the links on
http://esw.w3.org/topic/SemanticWebDOAPBulletinBoard into the database

- created some XSLT (by borrowing and adapting Leigh Dodds' code) which
allows you to create a scutterplan from
http://esw.w3.org/topic/SemanticWebDOAPBulletinBoard - see
http://swordfish.rdfweb.org/adtf/adtf.xsl - the how-to is on the bulletin
board itself (the page has to be tidied before processing)

We've got about 30 applications on there now :) I'm sure there's more out
there though so please bug colleagues and anyone else you can think of to
create DOAP files and add them to the page.
