One of the references in this document,

makes the comment, quote, use of skolemization instead of blank nodes,
end quote.

I agree that the use of ':Diagnosis_Relation_1' seems out of place.

For clarity, could a blank node example be given either in place of,
or as well as, the given example?

I found this document very useful, are there plans to take it forward
to note status?
