The VM Task Force held its final telecon on Friday 2006-03-31
with participants Tom and Ralph.

The agenda for the telecon [1] describes all outstanding issues
regarding the "Cookbook" Working Draft [2] (and related VM
issues) as a point of departure for work and discussion in
future working groups.  Pending a final check by Ralph (Tom
will re-post if necessary), we agreed to consider this to be
the final deliverable of the VM TF.
