Dear all,

We had our last telecon on 27 September [1] and are scheduled
to have another one this afternoon at 1300 UTC.  I will dial in 
at that time.  However, I would prefer to schedule a call for
later this week:

-- Dan cannot make it today, but know that he is working on his 
   action [2];

-- I will deliver on my action [3] in the next message.

When we have these, we will have a basis for moving forward.
I will not be in Galway, but Dan and Alistair will be there.

Ralph, would the bridge be available at 1300 UTC on Friday,
and would members of the TF be available at that time?
