[MM] Tools caterorisation

Unfortunately I've experienced problems with PHP JPEG Metadata Toolkit and
jpegRDF so I could not test them. Furthemore M-OntoMat-Annotizer and
PhotoStuff operate using a domain ontology (M-OntoMat-Annotizer in DAML+OIL
& RDF(S) and PhotoStuff in OWL) that was available only for the NASA use
case.
