It's all in interpretation and connotation, but my interpretation
as a participant in the meeting and of the meeting record [1]
was that you raised the suggestion that a page to which many
people could contribute FAQ suggestions would help collect
ideas from which Benjamin could draw to maintain the
edited page.  The meeting (and I was in favor) thought this
was a good suggestion and gave you the go-ahead to start
it in the W3C Wiki.

So, Benjamin, you're not "off the hook", just we thought this
would be another way to get raw material for the FAQ.  If you
find that it doesn't help, please let the WG know.
