Tomorrow (weds?) or thurs (As above)? Either fine by me, though I
was suggesting the latter.

Re Zakim, I think as there are few of us, we could just make an 
ad-hoc conference, but Ralph's the Zakim guru; I'm unsure what the 
availability is...
