[OEP] New draft of the note on n-ary relations

A new draft of the note n-ary relations is available at

This draft addresses most of the issues that were brought up over the  
past 6 months. There is a list of major changes at the end of the  
document. We are particularly grateful to Pat Hayes for providing text  
for pattern 3 (using lists).
