[PORT] Actions subsequent to review

Hi all,

I would like to propose that we work on revising the documents [1][2] and
[3] in line with review comments, with the objective of putting revised
drafts before the SWBP-WG by the 3rd Feb.  This should enable the WG to vote
on making these first working drafts at the telecon on the 10 Feb.
