Any chance of a minute on OWL 1.1, I received the following message, and 
was somewhat surprised.

will contain QCRs [1], and it is very likely that the chosen syntax will
simply use an additional property owl:valuesFrom to indicate the class

My current assumption this has to do with the OWL workshop at the end of 
ISWC ... and has no W3C status at this time.
