[VM] Preliminary review by December 12? (attn: Andreas, David)

David, Andreas,

On our telecon today, the VM Task Force decided we would
like to publish "Configuring Apache HTTP Server for RDFS/OWL
Ontologies Cookbook", Editor's Draft 18 November 2005 [1]
as a Working Draft -- and we would like to do this before
the holidays (i.e., before the new year).

In order to do this, the BPD Working Group would need to
take a decision at the MONDAY, 12 DECEMBER telecon -- the
last BPD telecon of 2005.  The next opportunity after that
would be on 9 January 2006.

If it would be possible for you to make a preliminary review
of the draft by next Monday, and it were to meet with your
approval, then in the interests of avoiding further delays
with the holiday period we would then want to ask the BPD WG
to publish it as a Working Draft.
