[ALL] Draft local info page for Face 2 Face

I've not yet written one, but intend basically to make a copy of this page:

Some things that need to change:
- dates (1,2 Nov 2004)
- WG name (SWBPD!)
- link to business agenda, and registration page

- I need to check that wireless networking info is still about right

Otherwise everything else should be about the same, in particular the 
hotel info is correct.
We might change the menu for lunch!

(I'll try and update this soon, but I'm very behind on more substantive 
things)
