Hi we are trying to finalise the local arrangements. Guus has suggested a 16.00 finish on the Tuesday - do people want a coach make into town at that point, (say at 16.30), or are people leaving Bristol straight after the meeting. (Easiest way to leave HP by public transport is from Bristol Parkway station, a thirty minute walk or short taxi ride). If you would like transport from HP back to the hotel on Tuesday please e-mail me (offlist?). We currently have 12 registered participants, if you haven't yet registered and might come please let me know (ideally by registering), since this will guide our catering arrangements. Jeremy
