In the local info page, I recycled the times from the WebOnt F2F, where 
we had a nine thirty start, going on to just past six, for two reasons:

- starting late meant missing the worst of the traffic
- ending late meant more overlap with US remote participants

If anything both of these are more pertinent now than last time, 
(bristol traffic has got worse, we may hope for more remote 
participation). This might suggest a ten o'clock start, going onto about 
half six, or would that be exaggerated?
