OMG has a portal for MDA at <http://www.omg.org/mda/>, but you might
also want to search on MDA, or MDD (Model Driven Development) to find
less marketing-oriented material on the subject.

Holger's paper was just one of many presented at the Model Driven
Semantic Web (MDSW) workshop held at the EDOC2004 conference.
Unfortunately, the proceedings of the workshops seem to have only
been captured on a CD (available from [1]). Perhaps a websearch on
MDSW would turn-up more of these papers on the author's home pages.
