As agreed at the last telecon, I am proposing the version below as the first public Working Draft of the classes as values note. However, I've actually created two versions: one that uses dc:subject [1] and a basically identical one that uses a local property about and has a footnote that in many cases this property is the same (and can be declared equivalent to) dc:subject [2]. I am not sure which solution is better. I suppose we can decide at the telecon.
