According to my notes, we are scheduled to have a
teleconference tomorrow at 14:00 Amsterdam time about the
description of a Vocabulary Management Task Force, the
(potential) participants of which would be Libby, Natasha,
Dan, Alistair, Alan, James, Ralph, Aldo, and myself.

Other than distributing the draft for discussion, which I
did last Saturday, is there anything further I need to do to
make this happen? I was assuming that, as the initiator,
I would lead discussion, and I rely on process veterans to
let me know if protocol dictates otherwise.

Thanks,
Tom
