Notifying the Topic Map Community about N-ary Relations Draft

Hi Deb,

Eric Miller asked me this morning in the Semantic Web Coordination 
Group telecon to determine whether anyone from SWBP had notified the 
Topic Map community of the existence of the n-ary relations draft 
(http://www.w3.org/TR/swbp-n-aryRelations/).

Would you be so kind as to tell me whether anyone on your task force 
has done that?  If not, can you suggest an appropriate way to answer 
his requirement?  Thanks!
