Yeah, seems worth listing some folks who commit attention to this TF 
(though hopefully we have some attention from the rest of the WG too).

Various folk on public-esw-thes would be good, though I think details of
SKOS could be worked out on that list, rather than have non-WG members
become formal W3C Invited Experts. If we took that approach and did SKOS
details on public-esw-thes, would need care to make sure all TF members
were on it, and that the WG was kept in the loop somehow.
