Possible regrets for 19 August telecon

My presence at today's telecon is also at risk.  I am meeting with
a colleague from the UK today to jointly document mappings from EXPRESS
and UML to OWL.  Not sure if there will be time available to slip away
from this to attend the SWBPD meeting.
