Ok, I remember that discussion.  Shouldn't someone who knows how to write a test case own that item?  I wrote one, based on what I found in the SVG 1.1 SE test cases.  We can start with that.

It came from the f2f.  A bunch of us wanted a refresher/tutorial on how to write tests for SVG2, and we scheduled it for the next telcon.
