Hi, yes we have moved the spec to GitHub now, to encourage contributions from people outside the Working Group. We discussed this during the F2F and Dirk and I worked on migrating the spec there during the meeting. I mentioned it here http://www.w3.org/mid/20140825181734.GA28591@wok.mcc.id.au although I didn't provide a huge amount of detail. The wiki pages need to be updated; I am not sure if I will get time to update those pages soon, but perhaps Dirk could look into it? Anyway, the first step is to create a GitHub account (if you don't have one already) and then to let Chris know your GitHub username so he can grant you permission to push to the new repository.
