keypress event in HTML

I ran some tests on the generation of they keypress event  in HTML:

- Firefox 28 nightly on Windows it is generated but I spoke to Jonathan
Watt and he said he saw no reason to keep it.
- IE 11 - is not generated
- Google Chrome Canary on Windows - is not generated
- Safari 7 - is not generated
- Opera 18 - is not generated

So, I will remove it from our spec. I see no reason to propagate it to
SVG2.
