planning for the next WD of SVG 2

Hello,

Today in the telcon we discussed planning for the next WD of SVG 2.  We 
agreed it would be good to have a short turnaround time for this draft; 
Cyril pointed out that it was 8 months between the FPWD and the current WD.

I suggested a date of mid-July, and for each of us with our names down 
for requirements to get at least one of those done for this draft, and 
people seemed to be in favour of this.

Looking forward to all those edits. :)
