PDF version of the spec

You can now do “make pdf” in SVG/profiles/1.1F2/master/ to generate the
PDF version of the spec in publish/, which I’ve styled to be a sight
better than what “print to PDF from your browser” gives you.  This
doesn’t happen automatically as part of a normal “make”.

It’s at http://dev.w3.org/SVG/profiles/1.1F2/publish/single-page.pdf for
the moment, but I guess we should rename it to PR-SVG11-2011????.pdf
when we’re ready to publish.
