new telcon time

In the telcon today, we discussed and tentatively arrived at a new
telcon time: 24.5 hours before our current time.  So that would be
Wednesdays at:

  1130 San Francisco                                                            
  1430 Raleigh                                                                  
  1930 UTC                                                                      
  2030 Stockholm                                                                
  0630 Sydney (Thursday)                                                          
  0830 Auckland (Thursday)                                                        
 
Patrick and Tav: does this new time work for you?  (We couldn’t do
exactly 24 hours the current time.)
