Re: agenda+ New Charter Review

Hi Doug,

Some more feedback on the charter:

- SVG 2 high priority: I assume that means it is a priority to have a new version, and that the rest of the priorities will drive what this new spec. actually contains. Is that right? I am pointing this out because unlike most of the other items, which are specific technical efforts, this is more of an umbrella with multiple possible technical items. It is fine, but may be we should say that we will tackle SVG 2.0 which will cover areas from the priority list, or something to that effect.

- 3D transforms should be high priority as well (I mentioned that in a previous email).

- Integration: should we consider having SVG compositing also apply to HTML visual formatting, like we do for filters?

In terms of the SVG 2.0 effort, the following features are important to us:

- Constraints based layout
- Vector Effects
- Extended gradients

Vincent Hardy.

Hi, folks-

I'd like to have feedback on the new charter we will be sending to W3M
