Finishing SVG 1.1 second edition / marathon telcon

Hello svg-wg,

We're very close to being finished with the SVG 1.1 Second Edition spec.  
However, there are still a few things that need to be fixed before we can  
publish, as outlined by Cameron here[1]. Some tests need review, a few  
needs to be written, if you are able to help out this is the list[2].

In order to help us finish the remaining work I propose that we spend a  
day doing actions specifically for 1.1 Second edition next week. It would  
be good to get to publishable state before TPAC.

Without knowing anyone's plans in particular I'll just go ahead and  
suggest Thursday 29 October as the day to do a marathon telcon. Plan is  
then that everyone work during normal office hours, but that we are  
available on irc and that we'll have one or more short telcons if we need
