Makes sense & older implementations didn't really address bidi very well.

I've checked all the language identifiers in the test.

The RTL cases that need to be fixed are "ar" and "he" as Cameron
noticed.

In addition, we have "fa" - Farsi, "ur-IN" and "ur-PK" for the Urdu
languages.

There aren't any others I spotted.
