Deadline for TPAC decision

Hello public-svg-wg,

The call for participation in TPAC was sent recently

Note that, due to the current economic climate, the deadline for response of 18 March is *final*. Any groups that do not respond by then will not be meeting even if they later decide they want to.

Could we discuss this soon and make a decision?
