Agenda request for Monday

I’d like to discuss my ACTION-2408 at Monday’s telcon.  I re-titled the
erratum and added some extra text explicitly calling out the behaviour
of a “by animation” for <animateTransform type="scale">.  So I’d like us
to review that change before I move it to proposed.
