I overlooked the fact that in SVG 1.1, a <font-face-uri> can have
*zero or more* <font-face-format> children.  Thus I’ve redefined the
string="" attribute on <font-face-format> in the Second Edition to take
just a single format value (such as “truetype”) rather than comma-
separated list of them.
