SVG 1.1 First→Second Edition diffs

Some of the chapters were too big for the diff tool, so I broke them
into multiple parts.

I will start a Changes appendix in 1.1F2 now, and go through these diffs
to find important things to list (and to ensure I haven’t introduced any
mistakes).  I’ll mail the list again when that’s done, and we can then
begin integrating the remaining errata.
