<listener> element namespace in 1.2T RNG

The <ev:listener> element in SVG Tiny 1.2 is defined in the RNG with:

  <element name='listener'>
    <ref name='listener.AT'/>
    <ref name='listener.CM'/>
  </element>

Shouldn’t it be <element name='ev:listener'> (or
<element name='listener' ns='http://www.w3.org/2001/xml-events'>)?
