Hello WG.

In SVG 1.1 it says of the contentScriptType="" attribute:

  The default value is "text/ecmascript". (Note that at the time of
  publication "text/ecmascript" has not been registered as the media
  type for ECMAScript [ECMA-262]. It will continue to be the default
  unless an alternative is registered.)

In line with SVG Tiny 1.2, I’m going to update SVG 1.1 Second Edition to
"application/ecmascript" and reference RFC 4329, unless there are any
objections.
