Daylight Savings Time Change

Hi, SVG WG-

Just so you know, the US finally changed to DST (or changed out of it,
or whatever).  I have no idea what this means with regards to your
particular locale, but you should probably be aware that tomorrow's
telcon will happen an hour earlier, or later, or both, than you expected.

We like to keep you on your toes. :)
