You will just have to take my word for it for now, but I consider media-audio-206-t.svg a pass with the BitFlash SVGT implementation on a Nokia 6290 phone using Symbian OS 9.x.  This implementation uses the native Symbian audio subsystem.

Is this a platform issue?  Does it work on any other device, such as a
mobile, where you might use a different codec/player?
