Subject: Simplification of examples/dom_animate.svg

Hello WG.

I just performed some small simplifications on the dom_animate.svg
example, removing the prototype-based class stuff since it’s not
necessary for creating an event listener in ECMAScript. Could someone
who has access to a UA that implements timers with the newly named
createTimer() function please just check that my changes haven’t broken
the example.

Thanks,

Cameron
