Minor problem with struct-image-04-t.svg

Hi Guys,

	It seems struct-image-04-t.svg suffers from the same Internet
Media Type problem in inline data: URIs. The type again is 'image/jpg'
for the first image, where it should be 'image/jpeg'.

	I know everyone's busy, but if possible it would be nice to get
that test fixed as well.
