Extra LC Telcon on Friday

Hi, SVG WG-

Because this is the last week for the SVG 1.2 Tiny Last Call, we may get
more comments.  We decided on Tuesday's telcon that we should have
another telcon to make sure that we get everything done that we need to,
and we proposed this Friday to do so.  We did not decide on a time, but
it seems that our normal start time might work.

Thoughts?
