Dudes,

Regarding ACTION-2243 [1], jpeg-required-210-t.svg is not in the test suite 
because the JPEG file (cloudqllo.jpg) referenced by the test seems to have an 
odd JPEG header. The header seems to be missing information that would normally 
be present. I'm struggling to find a graphics application that can open it.

We should probably look at fixing this at some point.

This closes my action.
