New Publication of the SVG Tiny 1.2 Test Suite

Hi Chris,

The SVG Tiny 1.2 Test Suite [1] is ready for publication. I've also placed the 
link on the wiki page [2].

The Test Suite includes a total of 496 approved tests. This is a subset of the 
578 tests currently in the archive.

I'll be updating the list of known issues on the wiki.

Please let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done regarding the 
test suite.
