Is sXML a typo?

I could be mistaken, but http://www.w3.org/Graphics/Activity refers to
"sXML" in role of W3C para 4 but links to sXBL under the anchor "sXML"
and appears in every way to mean sXBL.

It looks to me like the anchor text is just a typo?
