@dirkschulze Based on the resolutions we made in August (https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/320#issuecomment-414462645), the revised spec would match one implementation (Chrome). Considering how eagerly anticipated it is by authors, I don't think it's appropriate to remove just yet.
