Re: [svgwg] context-value UA rules for OpenType are giving unexpected rendering / compat problems

>From [the Firefox bug](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1453451), I see a lot of discussion about what context-value does, and some confusion about how it is not related 1:1 to user units (by design) and whether it should always mean 1px (no); @heycam [clearly explained it[(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1453451#c27) though:

Unless we want to force SVG-inOT to avoid using stroke, or to accept wildly varying and non-useful stroke widths depending on the viewBox used in the font, then `context-value` needs to be well defined in an SVG2 spec, with examples.
