https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/interact.html#EventAttributes is not particularly well-defined. What does it mean for a user agent to "support" an event type, as used in

> For every event type that the user agent supports…

Perhaps it should say something like "if the user agent supports an IDL attribute of the same name on an interface that the element implements".

The following paragraph:

> The contents of event attributes are always interpreted as ECMAScript, as if processed with the media type 'application/ecmascript'. [rfc2046][rfc4329]

can be removed, as it's implied by "following the same requirements as for event handler content attributes [HTML]".
