Blink does not accept new values, Firefox does. Neither blink, not Firefox accept additional values. Basically someone wrote the additional logic in Firefox to ban additional values for marker orient but that was not done elsewhere when additional values were introduced for other enums. Looks like that was implemented by Blink though.
